| 摘 要： | 对体育欣赏的基本内容、体育欣赏意识做了简述，并提出了体育欣赏意识培养的方法。认为对大学生的体育欣赏意识的培养，能进一步全面提高大学生的体育欣赏水平和心理素质，激发大学生参与体育活动意识及养成锻炼身体的习惯。
