顶板走向采空区瓦斯抽放技术在工程设计中的应用

摘    要:为解决平岗煤矿14#层左二片盘瓦斯涌出量大的问题,采取顶板走向采空区抽放方式,在工作面上巷布置四个钻场,每个钻场的四个钻孔采用分段接力布置方式,并把钻孔有效抽放段布置在岩石裂隙带中下部,施工完一个钻孔后,用聚胺脂封孔,然后用二台YS280SK4型抽放泵,交替运行抽放,控制了回风瓦斯超限问题,保证了矿井安全生产。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of a great quantity gas gush of 14#,the Second Level of Left Second Spools of Pinggang Mine,this paper discusses the application of Gas Drawing and Releasing Technology of Empty Roof Mining Space.The concrete way is:to assign 4 drill field on the operation surface and 4 holes of every field are divided into parts and operated by relays assignment.The drill hold of effective drawing and releasing is assigned on the lower part of rock crack belt.After on drill hole is finished,polyurethane is used to seal the hold.Then two YS280SK4 drawing and releasing pump is used to alternately draw and release gas which can control exceeding return gas and make safe for production.
