军事体能训练的运动生化学思考

摘    要:军事体能训练最突出的特点是全面性,要求士兵尽可能地增强肌体各个系统功能。但肌体对运动适应存在一些局限性:力量与耐力训练适应相互不兼容性,爆发力和耐力训练适应相互不兼容性。其内在分子变化的机制不断被发现和证实。选择和设计军事体能训练方案和手段,以发挥肌体的最佳机能状态值得进行探索。

Abstract:The main character about military physical fimess has the all sideness, which needs the soldiers to improve the body each system in large part. However, there are some limits in body about the exercise - induced adaptation. There are seemingly incompatible between strength and endurance training. There are also incompatible between power and distance Training. At the molecular level, the intracellular mechanisms have been continuously found and confirmed. So, it is not to be sneezed choosing and designing training programme and methods to optirnize the body ability.
