| 摘 要： | 现行县市级图书馆评估标准在考核各馆条件及服务水平的同时督促政府对县市级图书馆的关注,这对县市级图书馆的发展起着至关重要的作用,在肯定这一评估标准的同时要看到其中某些指标的科学性,有待进一步的认识,文章以人员学历和与之相关的业务研究能力两个指标为例,浅析图书馆人员结构及改进措施。

| Abstract: | The current evaluation standard of library in local city plays an important role in library's development,at the same time,there are some evaluation indexes need to be consolidated,such as the assessment of the degree of librarians and their research ability,this paper reflects the authors' opinion and advice on the shortcomings of the standard. |
