| 摘 要： | 云计算环境下图书馆面临的信息资源安全问题将更为新颖、复杂,而解决此问题的有效途径将以政策法律为主。从云计算环境下开展图书馆信息资源安全政策法律研究的现实意义出发,结合当前国内外的研究现状,从研究的理论价值、研究的基本内容和研究的基本思路出发,试图构建云计算环境下图书馆信息资源安全政策法律的研究框架,并指出当前研究可能遇到的障碍以及突破障碍的研究切入点。为我国图书馆界更为安全、高效地借助云计算在资源建设与信息服务方面带来的发展机遇提供理论借鉴。
