| 摘 要： | 本文从经济学角度探讨了旅游活动中的经济外部性，着重分析了旅游活动中的外部不经济性的实质是私人成本社会化，它必将导致旅游环境的破坏及旅游资源的耗竭，从而阻碍旅游业的可持续发展。指明了市场干预不能解决旅游业活动中的外部不经济性，政府干预及其他非市场行为才是解决旅游活动中外部不经济性的最优选择，从而使旅游业走可持续发展之路。

| Abstract: | From the field of Economics, the paper studies on the economic externality of tourism industry, mainly analyzing that the essence of external non-economy of tourism industry is private cost socialization, which will surely lead to destroy of tourism environment and exhaustion of tourist resources, and therefore block the sustainable development of tourism industry. It points out marketing intervention is not the way solving the problem of external non-economy of tourism industry, instead, government intervention and other non-market behavior are the optimal solutions to this problem. |
