| 摘 要： | 农村教育位处教育的“重中之重”,在全面建设小康社会中具有基础性、先导性、全局性作用,是因其关系到“三农”问题的根本解决,关系到教育能否科学发展,实现教育的本质价值和目标。当前农村教育相对处于低水平,与城市教育差距在拉大,非重中之重则不能改变现状。农村成人教育是农村教育的重要组成部分,应当在“重中之重”中有位,更要有为。

| Abstract: | The top importance of education in rural areas is demonstrated in its fundamental, pioneering and general functions. Education in rural areas is closely related to the radical resolving of the issues of "agriculture, countryside and peasants", to the scientific development of education, and to the achievement of the ultimate value and goal of education. Currently the education in rural areas is still in a lower level, and the gap between rural and urban areas is getting wider. Only when we put the education in rural areas on top importance can we change this situation. Adult education is an important part of rural areas' education, it must be given a suitable location and let it implement its function. |
