| Abstract: | Our country's civilian-run higher education faces the time tide of sustainable swift development of higher education, the strength help of the need of men of ability for overall construction of fairly well-off society, it must further emancipate its thought, change its ideology, punctually fix and set up its feature, seek development by meansof pressing close to markets, run schools according to rules and strengthen internal administration. |
