| 摘 要： | 对我国计算机网络现状及网络犯罪进行研究,采用计算机信息安全技术和法学的理论,分析了网络犯罪的表现形式、特点及规律,针对目前我国在网络立法上的滞后和侦查技术的落后,从素质教育、网络立法、侦查技术等几方面提出了预防网络犯罪的措施和方法。

| Abstract: | Based on the research on the present situation of the computer network in China and the network crime and adopting the theory of computer information safety and the law theory,the present analyses the representation,features and rules.According to the backward state of the network legislation and criminal investigation technology,we put forward countermeasures and methods of preventing network crime from the perspectives of the quality education,network legislation and criminal investigation technology. |
