我国公共部门战略领导的结构研究

摘    要:文章借鉴Bass的MLQ量表,以人口计生系统为我国公共部门代表,针对302份有效样本数据进行实证分析,研究了我国公共部门战略领导的结构,发现:战略领导包括战略决策和战略驱动两个结构维度,共计11个测量指标。探索性因子分析与验证性因子分析表明我国公共部门战略领导问卷具有较好的信度与效度。
