| 摘 要： | 作为北京市的一个重点建设项目,北京CBD的建设举世瞩目。本文从管理学的角度论述了CBD的产业集群概念以及企业发展模式选择。经济全球化、区域化和信息化使得北京完全可以对传统的历史定位进行一定的修改和补充。也就是说,北京应该大力进行新经济形态的建设,发展知识经济,利用好北京CBD的集群效应。本文基于经济学和管理学理论中的“集群效应”,使用“影子价格”概念来度量北京CBD的社会经济效应。本文认为最大化社会福利的政府可以大力发展CBD,不仅仅是因为其经济效益非常显著,更重要的是,CBD具有非常强的外部性和潜在社会效益。

| Abstract: | As an important project of Peking city,the structre of Peking central business district focuses the whole world's attention.This paper discusses the concept of industrial cluster and the model choice of the enterprise development.At the same time,the economic internationalization,localization,information make Peking completely can modify the traditional position.Peking should develop the new economic appearance.Its main aspect is to develop the knowledge-based economy,using well the cluster effect.Based on the theory of"industrial cluster"in management and economics,this paper uses the shadow price concept to evaluate the social and economic effect of generous character Peking CBD.Maximizing the social welfare,the government should consider develop strongly the CBD,not only its economic effects are very obvious,more important,the CBD also has the strong exterior and latent social effects. |
