| Abstract: | To create a new situation for new construction in Fuzhou, the management institution of the newly developed area must be innovated actively. Some successful experience of management innovational institution at startup phase from National-level newly developed area should be actively adopted by combining the practical situation in Fuzhou, following the principle of proceeding in an orderly way. It requires putting into practice by phases and steps for constructing management institution which fit in the startup phase of newly developed area in Fuzhou. |
