| 摘 要： | 目的:了解岳阳楼区2所幼儿园儿童及2所小学学生共1808名儿童龋患情况,并作出相关防治对策.方法:对辖区内2所幼儿园及2所小学校儿童进行体格检查,并检查出牙数、龋齿发生情况.同时发放问卷调查卡.询问家长儿童生长发育情况、饮食、个人卫生状况等.结果:小学学生共1130名,龋患人数611名.龋患率为54.07%,幼儿园儿童678名,龋患人数217名,龋患率为32.01%,小学学生龋患率(54.07%)明显高于幼儿园儿童(32.01%),两者有显著差异.随机抽样调查329名龋患治疗情况,曾进行过治疗者为145名.占44.07%.结论:儿童龋齿的发生与口腔不洁、不良的饮食习惯、年龄(尤以低年级学生患病率高)、营养不均衡等因素存在相关关系.
