| 摘 要： | 文章就新建图书馆尤其是新办高等职业技术学院图书馆建设的若干方面进行了探讨,特别对现代图书馆的建筑设计、图书馆内部设施的构建，现代图书馆尤其是高职院图书馆的馆藏以及网络技术的应用提出了自己的见解，指出，高职院图书馆应该充分利用计算机网络构建虚拟图书馆，这种图书馆的基本特征是“小小藏书库，大大阅览室”。
