| 摘 要： | 前牙开袷畸形是正畸临床中较常见的错矜畸形，不仅影响患者咀嚼功能，还影响其发音、吞咽、呼吸等功能，甚至妨碍其容貌外观；严重者还会对患者的心理健康构成影响。文章对前牙开袷畸形的病因、诊断及治疗方法做了较为详细的分析，并对开铪畸形的研究进展进行综述。
