| 摘 要： | 现有图书馆信息资源与网络环境下信息资源的融合是当前信息界研究的热点之一，本文将Z39.50协议中的BER编码用XER编码实现，并制定了具体的实现规则，提供了一条将Z39.50协议融入Internet的途径，以适应网络环境下的新的信息需求。
