| 摘 要： | 金融资源配置对能源工业可持续发展是不可或缺的资本要素,尤其在能源资源比较丰富的地区,能源工业已成为金融业重点支持的行业之一,能源金融与能源工业互动发展的格局已初步形成。金融支持能源工业发展必须按照科学发展观的要求,把着力点放在促进其可持续发展方面;否则,金融资源配置不合理就有可能引发一定的风险。

| Abstract: | The allocation of financial resources is the indispensable capital factor of the sustainable development of the power resources industry.In particular,in the northwest part of China with rich resources,resource industry has become one of the sectors mainly supported by the financial industry,indicating an initially formed layout of interactive development of resource finance and resource industry.To support the development of resource industry by financial industry should abide with the scientific approach of development and focus on enhancing its sustained development.Otherwise,the inappropriate allocation of financial resource would trigger risks to some extent. |
