| Abstract: | Challenge, the contrary claim in Commom Law Legal System, is an imporntant system in civil procedure. More and more attention is attracted by the proceeding condition. The relevance of the challenge, the time of bringing the challenge forward, the jurisdiction competence of the court are in dispute for a long time. This article tries to illustrate those issues by comparing the challenge system in China and foreign countries. |
