摘    要:20年来小学语文课程改革存在一些疑难问题:课堂教学理论研究和创新不够,课程改革中本土和未来的理论、思想、文化冲突加剧,社会环境与考试制度不能适应新课改需要,教师资源储备不足。为此要进一步转变教育观念,确立现代学生观,教育思想和理论要实行借鉴和创新,考试体制要关注个性和创造力,要关注教师的专业自觉性,从而促进课程改革的顺利实施和展开。

Abstract:There exist some problems in the primary school curriculum reform of China in these 20 years: not much research and innovation on the classroom teaching theory;the theory,ideological,and cultural clashes in the reform;not enough teacher resources;social environment and examination system can not adapt to the need new curriculum reform.Therefore,education concept should be changed,a modern view on students be established,education theories and thoughts be innovated and attention be paid to the personality and creativity in the examination system and teachers’ professional consciousness in order to promote the primary school Chinese curriculum reform smoothly.
