| Abstract: | The Fourth Plenary Session of 17th Party Congress proposed the strategic task of the construction of a learning political party.As a party member,he must uphold and strengthen the theoretical study,especially the study of Marxist theory.He should seriously implement the fine tradition and fine style of work in order to enhance the principle,system,predictability and creativity of the work. |
