| 摘 要： | 要培养和造就适应时代发展需要的创新人才，就必须更新教育观念，确立以创新为核心的教育思想，突破旧的教学模式，构建以培养人的创新精神和创新能力为基本价值取向的新的教育体系。本文结合《地基有基础》课程教学实践，探讨顺应时代发展需要、树立创新教育思想、实施创新教学、培养创新人才的做法。

| Abstract: | In order to train the creative talents who can meet the need of our time, we must update our old concept of education. New concept of education with a core of innovation must be established, the old mode of teaching must be broke through, and the new education system with the basic value of training people's creative ideas and abilities must be constructed. Combining with the teaching practice in the course of Soil Base and Foundation , the paper sets up and carries out the new educational way of training the creative talents. |
