| 摘 要： | 可持续发展系统（PREES）由人口、资源、环境、经济和社会等系统助记词其要素构成，其关键是实现系统的持续发展与系统内部各个子系统及其要素之间的协调。对于PREES系统，可利用灰色系统理论方法模型，建立持续协调分析定量模型。以桂林工业为案例进行实证研究，其结果符合桂林市工业发展实际，具有较强的推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | The sustainable development system made up of population, resources, environment, economy and society (PREES). The key of sustainable development is to realize harmony of the systematic inside sub systems and factors. The author thinks that the PREES can be studied by grey system theory, method and model. Using grey system theory, method and model, this paper quantitatively set up a new sustainable and harmonious method to sdudy PREES. At last, a positive study is made by the case study of bus industry of Guilin. The results accord with the practice of industrial development in Guilin City. The method and model obviously have values of generalization and application. |
