摘    要:人力资本日益成为决定经济社会发展的决定性力量,课程群建设有助于优化知识体系,塑造多样个性,搭建互动平台,突出发展特色,从而提升人才培养质量。课程群建设应该坚持整合性、协调性、多样性、科学性、实践性的原则,探讨专业课程群的构成及其逻辑,以及具体课程群的课程组成与优化。应该打造胜任课程群建设的教师队伍,增强学生对课程群建设的参与,科学制定课程群的评审标准,从而保障课程群的有序推进。

Study on the Resource Optimization and Personnel Training as Curriculum Group the Core

Abstract:Human capital is increasingly becoming a decisive force in determining economic and social development and the construction of the curriculum group will help to optimize the system of knowledge,shape the diverse personality,build an interactive platform,highlighting the development of specialized,thereby enhancing the quality of personnel training.Construction of curriculum group should adhere to the integration,coordination,diversity,scientific,practical principles;explore the composition and logic of the professional curriculum group,as well as specific courses group courses and optimization.Curriculum Construction should be to create competent teachers to enhance students’ participation in the construction of the curriculum group,and the scientific development of the assessment criteria,and of course groups in order to safeguard the group of courses in an orderly manner.
