| 摘 要： | 在演化博弈分析框架下,重点讨论知识特性因素、知识基础因素、盟员互动因素等要素以及知识共享成本与异源知识协同价值对企业吸收能力的影响,进而确定联盟成员策略演化路径与演化稳定策略。研究表明:知识可理解性越高,企业知识存储越充分、成员间关系越紧密,知识共享成本越低、协同价值越高,则盟员合作意愿越强,个体知识吸收与联盟知识积累效率越高。盟主企业在联盟形成初期应进行适当干预与引导,同时加强对联盟知识转移成本、成员关系的管理,从而保证联盟成员沿合作路径最终实现共赢。

| Abstract: | Under an analysis framework of evolutionary games,this study focused at impacts of knowledge characteristics,knowledge base,members’ interaction,knowledge-sharing cost and synergic value of knowledge from different sources on absorptive capacity in order to determine members’ evolutionary paths and evolutionary stable strategies.If knowledge is more apprehensible,knowledge base more sufficient,relationship closer,knowledge-sharing cost lower,and synergic value of knowledge higher,the willingness of members to cooperate will be more stronger,enterprise will absorb knowledge and alliance accumulate knowledge more effectively.Alliance leader should strengthen management on costcontrol and relationship-maintenance,and intervene and guide members’ behaviors knowingly when the alliance starts in order to guarantee enterprises realize win-win situation finally along cooperation path. |
