农村教师生存状况的调查与思考

摘    要:采用问卷调查法和访谈法,对我国东、中、西部地区900名农村教师的生存状况进行调查研究,结果表明:农村教师工作压力大,身体健康状况不容乐观,教师参与培训机会少、培训效果满意度不高,教师工资收入水平依然偏低,工作生活环境满意度不高。为此,应建立健全农村教师社会保障体系,完善农村教师培养培训体系,建立科学公正的教师考评机制,积极培育关爱型学校文化,切实提高农村教师教学生活质量。

Abstract:This study used questionnaires and interview method to examine the survival status of the rural teachers.The results show that rural teachers have great pressure of work,physical health is not optimistic,lacking of training opportunities,the satisfaction of training effectiveness is not high,the level of teachers’ salaries is still low and the satisfaction of working environment is not high.In order to change the living situation of rural teachers,and improve the quality of teaching life,we should establish a sound social security system in rural areas,improve rural teacher training system,establish a scientific teacher’s evaluation system and cultivate"caring type"school culture.
