| 摘 要： | 大多数现代企业要求员工有较高的企业文化素质,职业院校应主动适应社会发展要求,加强学生的企业文化教育。职校图书馆在教育形式、馆藏文献、阅读环境等方面具有开展企业文化教育的优势。职校图书馆应打造具有企业文化素质的图书馆员队伍,加强"图企"合作,开展多种教育活动和职能培训,提高学生的企业文化素养。

| Abstract: | Most modern enterprises request that the employee would have higher enterprise-culture-quality.To adapt to the request of society’s development,the vocational schools should raise the enterprise-culture-quality of students.The vocational-school library has the advantage in carrying out enterprise-culture-quality on the form of education,collections,reading environment.To improve students’interprise-culture-quality,we should build up a library team of the enterprise-culture-quality,and strengthen the cooperation between libraries and enterprises,and carry out educational activities and the training of vocational functions in vocational-school libraries. |
