| 摘 要： | 立德树人作为职业学校工作的中心环节,德育工作作为立德树人的重要抓手,水平的高低直接影响学生的培养质量,甚至影响学校的社会声誉。德育品牌是职业学校的无形资产,是竞争优质生源的核心要素,应根植于学校的文化土壤,在不断积淀中丰富内涵,在自我更新完善中聚成特色,在不断创新中科学发展;应积聚立德树人的核心价值,形成一整套科学完善的育人体系,遵循教育的规律,更有利于育人成果的实现。德育品牌创建需要明确实现目标的模式,并为实现该目标制定科学严谨的路线图和时间表,以及建立促进品牌形成的长效机制和制度保障。

| Abstract: | Setting up moral character and cultivating people is the central link of vocational school work,and moral education is an important starting point.The level of moral education directly affects the quality of students'training and even the social reputation of the school.Moral education brand is the intangible asset of vocational school and the core element of competitive high-quality students.It should be rooted in the cultural soil of the school,enrich its connotation in continuous accumulation,gather its characteristics in self-renewal and perfection,and develop scientifically in continuous innovation.We should accumulate the core value of moral education,form a set of scientific and perfect education system,follow the law of education,which is more conducive to the realization of education results.The establishment of moral education brand needs to define the mode to achieve the goal,and establish a scientific and rigorous road map and schedule to achieve the goal,as well as a long-term mechanism and guarantee to promote the formation of the brand. |
