| 摘 要： | 青少年球员的训练效果决定着其成年后的竞技能力。中国足球的落后源于几十年来青少年训练的落后，源于中国足球训练理念的落后。在落后训练理念指导下成长的青少年球员，成年后的比赛理念也必是一种落后的理念，使得中国足球的水平现状成为一种必然。从训练学的角度对我国青少年足球训练中的战略性问题进行分析，试图理清弊端，为进行有效的训练，提高中国足球水平提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The training effect of adolescent football players determined the competitive ability after their growth. Today the backward of Chinese football resulted from the backward in training of adolescent in several decades, and the backward of training theory of Chinese football. Direction by the backward training made the level of Chinese football behind the world level. The problems in the training of Chinese adolescent football players were analyzed so that we can train them efficiently and increase the level of Chinese football. |
