摘    要:对297名无锡地区职后五年内小学教师的问卷调查表明,职后五年内小学教师专业发展多处于新手和熟练新手阶段,专业发展自我满意度较低,专业发展规划不够系统,在教育科研、课堂教学和班级管理方面存在诸多困惑。他们期望获得来自同行同事、带教师傅、教研员、校领导以及学科专家的支持,通过师傅带教、赛课评课等路径不断更新教育理念、获得更多有效教学策略和班级管理策略,提高自身教育教学能力和水平。建议建构无锡地区职后五年内教师专业发展支持系统时注意完善支持目的、拓宽支持主体、丰富支持项目、创新支持模式并改革评价机制。

Abstract:A teachers in Wuxi questionnaire survey of 297 first-five-year post-service primary school reveals that most of them are novice teachers or skilled novice teachers with low self-satisfaction of professional development, whose planning is far from systematic. Besides, they have many confusions about educational research, classroom teaching and class management, thus expecting support from their colleagues, mentors, teaching researchers, leaders and experts, and also hoping to update their educational ideas through mentors' instruction, teaching contest and lesson assessment. It is suggested that we should perfect supporting goals, expand supporting subjects, enrich supporting projects, innovate supporting modes, and reform evaluation mechanism.
