| 摘 要： | "三个代表"重要思想与加强党的执政能力建设是辩证统一的关系,它们统一于社会主义现代化建设的伟大实践之中,二者在立党为公、执政为民这一本质要求上具有内在的同一性.一方面,加强党的执政能力建设必须以"三个代表"重要思想作为其根本指针、基本内容和检验标准;另一方面,贯彻落实"三个代表"重要思想也必须大力加强党的执政能力建设,它是践行"三个代表"重要思想的根本途径.

| Abstract: | The relationship of the important thought of Three Representatives and the governing ability of CPC is dialecti-cally unified. They are in the unity of the great practice of the socialist modernized construction. Both of them meet the requirement of internal identity in essence of building the Party for the public and exercising the state power for the interest of the people. On one hand, the important thought of Three Representatives must become the fundamental guidance, basic content and testing standard of strengthening the governing ability of the Party; on the other hand, implementing the important thought of Three Representatives must strengthen the governing ability of the Party, which is the fundamental way to practice the important thought of Three Representatives. |
