| 摘 要： | 晚清时期皇权的没落、民族资本主义的发展与城市化进程的加速使得中国的社会日益多元化，成为一种疏离于封建皇权与封建规章制度的力量，公共领域逐步形成。而作为公共领域交流工具的报刊也开始向现代化转型，从经营管理上、办报宗旨上与实践活动上实现了对统治阶级的背离，报道政务、批评政府、提倡改革，从而具有了对政权的疏离性与对政府的批判性，这种特性的变化对这一时期公共领域的构建起到了推动作用。

| Abstract: | As the coming down of the imperial power , the progress of the national capital and the speed up of the urbanization impeled the diversity of society. Opposite forces shaped and the public sphere appeared. As the media of public sphere , newspaper lapsed from imperial power on the tenets, ideas and actions. Reporters began to report news , criticize government and advocate innovation, these progresses were good to the construction of the public sphere. |
