| 摘 要： | 文章认为，金融创新是金融业自身的改革、完善和发展；金融创新作为市场化改革的重要手段，在中国商业银行改革和发展中所起到的积极促进作用应该给予肯定；有关金融创新对中国商业银行改革和发展可能产生的负面效应也要保持高度的警醒；要使金融创新的利大于弊，在适度的金融管制之下，积极开展科学系统的金融创新，是必然的选择
