摘    要:听力教学是大学英语教学的重要部分,而焦虑是影响外语学习的重要情感因素。该文旨在利用听力试卷、英语焦虑问卷和访谈作为测试工具对30名非英语专业大一学生的英语听力焦虑程度进行调查。通过调查,发现学生普遍存在焦虑情绪,根据不同的焦虑情绪,笔者提出不同的策略来效缓解外语学习者的听力焦虑,促进大学英语教学。

Abstract:English listening teaching plays an important role in college English teaching and listening anxiety results in students’ poor per formance in listening.This paper adopts three instruments including English test,questionnaires and interviews for a survey on listening anx iety with 30 non-English freshmen as its subjects.Thus,the study explores how to relieve students’ listening anxiety and puts forward some coping strategies in a hope to improve students’ listening performance and college listening teaching.
