| 摘 要： | 通过对湖州市现有农村支付服务环境的调查，根据湖州市农村支付服务环境的第一手资料，从目前湖州市农村支付机构设置合理，业务办理便捷，各类支付工具得到基本运用等现状出发，针对湖州市当前农村支付环境中支付服务基础设施建设相对滞后，现金结算比重大，客户对非现金支付工具认知度低，客户对银行卡消费意识薄弱等问题，提出提高客户对支付结算工具的认知度，推动非现金支付工具的应用，改善支付服务基础设施，降低农村结算收费标准等解决办法，为湖州市农村支付服务体系的完善提供科学依据，为进一步推进农村金融产品和服务方式创新，以点带面，推进建立和完善多层次、广覆盖、可持续的农村金融服务体系，对于支持和推进社会主义新农村建设具有重要意义。
