| 摘 要： | 开放式创新所带来的挑战已经不仅仅是知识管理层面的问题，更是组织之间知识的治理问题。作为知识治理在开放式创新研究中的基础性探索，本文构建了一个开放式创新下知识治理的影响因素框架，即以知识特性、知识活动主体、知识活动的外生情境、内生情境为自变量，知识治理绩效为因变量的研究架构，并采用多元回归分析以及结构方程模型验证各研究变量之间的关系及其交互效应。研究表明，对于外部创新源的知识特性，知识的差异性和情境嵌入性是最重要的影响因素，知识活动的内生情境能够消减知识差异性和情境嵌入性等部分复杂属性；知识能力在知识活动主体因素中的重要性程度相对较大，知识能力直接决定企业捕获外部创新资源的能力；知识活动的外生情境提供关于组织之间知识距离、组织距离、知识转移程度等信息，帮助企业组织确定合适的外部创新源目标；知识活动的内生情境中社会关系亲密程度、互动机制对于知识治理绩效都有较大贡献，此外成员之间的博弈类型也起着重要的影响作用。
