| 摘 要： | 通过分析我国103种科技期刊的稿约设置、内容、条款等资料,发现期刊稿约中存在形式上的随意性、内容的不完整性、忽略来稿的道德要求、法律意识淡漠等问题,并根据稿约在期刊中的作用,提出了优化稿约内容的措施.

| Abstract: | Layout, contents and items in Notice to Contributors of 103 journals were analyzed, and we found that there existed some problems including casual styles, incomplete contents, ignoring morality requirements for authors and less legal consciousness. Based on the role of Notice to Contributors in the journals, we provide some measures to optimize the contents of Notice to Contributors. |
