| 摘 要： | 当前，在高校干部队伍建设中存在建设意识不强，重使用、轻培养，干部队伍政治素质不高等问题。高校要从提高对建设高素质干部队伍重要性和紧迫性的认识，坚持德才兼备、以德为先的用人标准，完善干部选拔机制，健全干部教育培养和管理机制等方面加强高素质干部队伍建设。
