| 摘 要： | 大学生就业困境分为结构性失业、摩擦性失业、社会实践性失业等类型，主要原因包括有限的低技术含量就业岗位、不符合市场变化的专业设置、以名牌院校和相关工作经验为由的社会排斥等。转变经济发展方式、改进高校专业设置、储备和培养人才、提高个体综合素质等是解决大学生就业困境的对策。
