| 摘 要： | 图书馆联盟的出现在一定程度上影响了图书馆的服务方式,作为图书馆基本业务之一的参考咨询服务必然也受到影响。文章就图书馆联盟框架下的联合参考咨询服务的意义进行了阐述,并提出了进一步开展图书馆联盟框架下的联合参考咨询服务的建议。
