| 摘 要： | 随着田径运动水平的发展和提高，各项目的技术也在不断的革新完善。铁饼技术也是如此，纵观近年来世界大察中铁饼比赛，国外运动员与我国运动员技术相比较，我们在技术上存在较大差异，特别是在左侧支撑动作，本文对这一问题进行讨论。

| Abstract: | With the development and progress of the athletics in the world, event technique is being improved rapidly. The discus throw is the same. Looking at the international athletics competitions these years, We have found that there are great differences in discus throw techniques between the Chinese and World class throwers. Especially in the left support of body in throw action, let us have a discussion about this subject in the article. |
