论教师生命的意蕴

摘    要:生命是教育之本。教育改革在重视学生生命的同时也要关注教师生命的发展。教师也是发展中的个体,关注教师生命的成长成为时代所迫。教师的生命划分为:生理生命、心理生命和社会生命。在教育过程中,教师积极地体验与感悟生命,获得生命的自我认同感,寻求生命的自我解脱,实现生命的自我超越。教师为探索教育真谛而不断地追求,在教育实践中积极实现生命的意义和价值。

Talking About the Connotation of Teacher's Life

Abstract:The life is the foundation of education.The educational reform should pay attention to the development of teacher's life while thinking highly of student's life.The teacher is also the developing individual.It's the promotion of our era to pay close attention to the growth of teacher's life. The teacher's life can divide into:Physiological life,psychological life and social life.In the processing of education,the teacher experiences and comprehends the life actively,obtains self-acceptance of the life,seeks the liberating himself,realize the overstepping of the life.The teacher is constantly pursuing educational essence,realizing the significance and value of life in the educational practice.
