| 摘 要： | 通过绘制转专业流程图、开课计划流程图、考试工作流程图等教学管理流程图,详细的介绍了流程图在高校教学管理工作中的应用。流程图的构建和实施将高校复杂的教学管理模式转为更具有系统性和科学性,让整个教学管理工作更加规范。同时避免从事教学管理的实施者在教学管理过程中出现过多的人力投入和重复劳动,为高校教学管理改革和管理理念探索一种新的模式。

| Abstract: | Through drawing flow chart,professional course plan flow chart,the examination flow chart,describes the application of flow chart in teaching management in colleges and universities.The construction and implementation of the flow chart makes complex teaching management mode change to more systematic and scientific process,make the teaching management more standardized.At the same time,avoid the implementation of teaching management has too much manpower and repeated work in the process of teaching and management,to explore a new model for the reform of teaching management and management philosophy. |
