| 摘 要： | 二十世纪世界历史的一个重大事件就是苏东剧变,世界社会主义陷入低潮。《共产党宣言》作为无产阶级政党的纲领性文献,它对于我们今天再次解析苏东剧变产生的原因无疑具有重要的指导作用,同时对我国当前所进行的改革开放和社会主义现代化建设也具有积极的借鉴作用和启示意义。

| Abstract: | The collapse of Soviet Union and Eastern Europe is an important event in the 20th century that makes the movement of worldwide socialism go into the low tide.As the proletarian party's programmatic document,the Manifesto of the Communist Party still has an importmant effect for us to analyse the causes of the collapse of Soviet Union and Eastern Europe again and has an enlightening meaning and referential use for the opening up and modernization drive in our country. |
