| 摘 要： | 由于参加现代远程教育学习的学生绝大多数是在职人员,他们获取信息、学习交流的主要途径均来源于各网络教育学院的门户网站,因此网络教育学院的门户网站的信息量、更新速度在相当程度上反映了该校教学服务质量及管理质量.通过比较分析我国各高校网络学院的门户网站,我们可以归纳出网络教育学院的门户网站信息模型及评价因素,并据此判断其信息服务的质量水平.

| Abstract: | The students of distance education are mostly those who are at their posts. It is the main way for them to acquire information and to communicate through the websites of network education colleges. Thus, information quantity and changing speed reflects the service quality and managing quality. By comparing the websites of network education colleges in China, the article summarizes the information model and evaluation factors, which are the two elements of service quality. |
