供应链伙伴关系的建立和保持

摘    要:贸易伙伴关系是20世纪90年代中期发展起来的一种商业模式,50年代产生的“友好销售”是它的最初形式。合作是企业之间建立贸易伙伴关系最直接的目的,贸易伙伴关系的基石是人们对整体利益的考虑。在供应链管理的实践中,企业为了建立和保持伙伴关系,做了大量的有益的尝试,归纳起来有以下几个方面:将供应面缩小到可管理的水平;对供应商建立高标准的绩效目标;将商业道德作为供应商评级的一项重要内容;对表现优异的供应商进行奖励;实行供应商认证制度;早期参与供应商的产品和工艺设计。

Abstract:Trade partnering is a new business model developed from mid-1990's. According to our study of its foundation, 'goodwill selling'in 1950's is the earliest model. Cooperation is the direct purpose of building trade partnering between the enterprises, and the foundation of trade partnering is the whole benefit of all the partners. In practice of supply chain management, for the purpose of building and sustaining the partnership, the enterprises explored such as narrowing the supply base to manageable level, building the high performance targets for their suppliers, business ethics, premium the excellent suppliers, supplier certification system and involvement in the earlier design of product and technique of the suppliers.
