| 摘 要： | 在不考虑月经周期的情况下连续灌喂氯地酚5天,每天50mg,第8天肌注hCG2000IU,对猕猴具有一定的卵泡超数发育作用,最多可使双侧卵巢共24个卵泡发育,最大卵泡直径5—6mm,但不同个体反应变化较大。FSH hCG超排方案(考虑或不考虑月经周期,连续肌注FSH6天,共80—90IU,第8天肌注hCG2500IU)比氯地酚效果较好,最多可使双侧卵巢共28个卵泡发育,卵泡最大直径10mm,另外在1只猕猴观察到5个卵泡破裂将卵排出。电刺激采得之猕猴精子经洗涤后与用以上两种超排方案以卵泡吸得之卵子一同输入兔输卵管进行受精,获得2个原核期受精卵和1个桑椹胚。

| Abstract: | In condition without regard to the menstrual cycles of the adult female rhesus monkeys, clomiphene citrate,which was taken orally with 250mgin 5 days followed by intramuscular injection of 2000IU hCG on day 8 from the beginning of treatment,possesses certain stimulating function to the follicular development, At 32 hr after treatment of hCG,as many as 24 developted follicles with the largest diameterto 5-6mm from one treatment cycle were observed,although the animal,s responseswere variable. Treatment regimen using FSH plus hCG with or without regard to menstrual cycles,480 or 540 IU FSH injected intramuscularly in 6 days followed by injection of 2500IU hCG on day 8 from the beginning of treatment Wax more effective and at 32 hr after treatment of hCG as many as 28 developted follicles with the largest diameter to 10mm from one treatment cycle were observed,The aspirated oocytes and the washed sperms of the rhesus mon- keys were instilled into the pseudopregnant rabbit oviduct and two zygotes at pronuclus stage and one embryo at morula stage were obtained after 42 hr and 73 hr respectively. |
