| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术的不断发展，电子技术的应用也在不断更新换代，地方高校学报编辑也应采取网络化编辑手段。地方高校学报要走有地方特色的集约化发展道路，充分利用因特网等现代化工具，创建新的编辑信息管理模式，努力培养高素质的学报编辑队伍，实现学报编辑的规范化、标准化，建立学报的文献数据库，进一步实现高校学报编辑的网络化，杜绝各类文章抄袭现象的产生。

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of science and technology, electronic technology is also constantly upgrading, local colleges and universities should also use a means of network to edit. Journal of the local colleges and universities has a place to go for intensive development path characteristics, the full use of the internet and other modern tools, the editing information to create a new management model, efforts to train high-quality journal editors, journal editors to achieve standardization, the establishment of the literature journal database to further the achievement of the university journal editorial network, and put an end to all kinds of articles copied from the emergence of the phenomenon. |
