| 摘 要： | 在高等教育进一步大众化的情况下,我国以教育行政部门为评价主体的高校评估已不能满足社会各界的要求,面临着巨大的挑战。而与此同时,民间团体组织的社会评估引起了公众的极大注意,对于引进社会中介评估机构参与高等教育评估的呼声越来越高。在教育不断向前发展的形势下,建立社会中介评估机构是十分必要的。

At the same time, the social media-accreditation is arousing great interest of the public. The paper is trying to analyze the necessity of this accreditation. |
