FDP对罗非鱼吸收、降解DDT的影响

摘    要:罗非鱼能较快的吸收水体中的DDT并在6h达到积累高峰,DDT在各器官的分布是不均匀的,按24h放射性活度的高低排列是:肝胰脏、胆囊、肠、脑、鳃和肌肉.肝胰脏在24h的浓集系数为48477,是肌肉的57倍.纯中药鱼病保护剂──FDP能促进罗非鱼对DDT的吸收和降解.罗非鱼经FDP浸泡后,在暴露于14C-DDT6h内,能普遍的提高各器官对DDT的吸收能力.肝胰脏积累DDT的能力加强,达对照组的1.69倍.24h经FDP处理的罗非鱼肝胰脏的总放射性活度明显下降,极性降解产物比例增加.说明FDP对罗非鱼的肝胰脏的解毒功能有促进作用.

Abstract:The present study investigated the effect of FDP, a medicine for fish diseases protection, on the uptake and metabolism of DDT in Tilapia. Results showed that the fish could rapidly uptake 14C-DDT from ambient water and degradated DDT into its metabo-lites, mainly DDD. FDP could enhance uptake of DDT of the fish and also stimulate the metabolism and elimination hence improving the physiological function of the fish.
