| 摘 要： | 高校电子商务专业毕业生严峻的就业形式,反映出我国高校电子商务专业人才培养存在许多问题和挑战。文章通过对本专业毕业生就业现状的分析,对人才培养面临的问题进行了反思,并从电子商务专业人才培养的特点和定位、专业知识结构,教育资源等方面提出了电子商务专业人才培养的改革思路。
